To defeat a fascist pothole, a cartoonist and his partner unleash the one thing it can't handle: a civil servant armed with duplicate forms and a preliminary injunction.

The pothole is rewriting the map. The city is lost in a maze of forms. Will they be able to mount a successful resistance before their house is ground into the foundations of the new fascist state next door?

When a pothole declares itself a sovereign nation and starts annexing the cul de sac, the only thing more useless than calling the city is drafting a strongly worded letter to the UN.
